Shane Hack founded Hack's Quality Custom Homes Inc. in 1997 with an aggressive stance towards consistent high quality and the utmost in customer service. Mr. Hack has been responsible for the construction of many residential and town homes throughout Shawnee County since his company’s inception. What started as a part-time endeavor has turned into a thriving business. Mr. Hack has doubled the amount of homes he builds each year and is becoming one of the leading builders in Topeka and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Hack is an Emporia State University graduate who is goal oriented and self motivated. Shane has been very successful at building quality homes at affordable prices. He maintains a “hands-on” approach with his employees and subcontractors and is driven to maintain his reputation as an exceptional builder.

His time is now spent managing the business and developing further ventures. When Hack’s Quality Custom Homes Inc. first began, Shane could be found wearing a tool

belt and installing heating and air systems, plumbing, painting, or even nailing up finishing trim. This first hand knowledge of building techniques makes him more than just a construction manager. Mr. Hack knows what it takes to build a quality home from the ground up and keeps close contact with his employees during all phases of construction to maintain high quality.

No home is too big or too small for our company. We believe in making the building process a pleasant experience for our clients. Hack’s Homes continuously strives for the highest level of customer service and has a solid warranty program. We prefer to be involved in a new home’s construction from the very beginning with the initial house design and land evaluations. Mr. Hack strives to incorporate new building techniques and technology in each new home through continued research. Seventy percent of the company’s projects are custom homes that meet each individual’s needs and dreams. These homes range from 1300 to 4000 square feet.

Demand for our custom construction has brought our company to locations such as Lake Perry, St. Marys, and Rossville. Hack’s Quality Custom Homes Inc. has focused on building within established subdivisions in rapidly growing areas of Topeka such as the Clark Subdivision No. 2, Southboro Subdivision No. 9, Aquarian Subdivision No. 9 in southeast Topeka, and the Linwood subdivision in north Topeka.
