I want to thank you for the quality home you built for us. My husband and I bought your home at 4730 NW Kendall Dr. and have lived in this lovely home for 5 years. We find ourselves moving out of state to take a new job and reluctantly are selling the home that we have loved so much.

An inspector came in last week and spent 2 hours checking the home and found nothing wrong!! This is a first for us as we have bought and sold 5 homes prior to this one, all under 2 years old when we purchased them. Every time we have had extensive and expensive repairs that we have to make ranging from grade issues to reinforcing the roof from the attic and so on.

Thank you for your excellent building standards!! We are sad to be leaving our lovely Hack built home. I hope Mike is still with you because he was excellent to work with when we were buying the home! Your plumber Dusty was very nice and helpful as well!
